Shelley M. Greenwald, Esq.

Adjunct Faculty

School of Industrial and Labor Relations


Shelley M. Greenwald is an Adjunct Faculty member for the Metropolitan Office of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations Extension in New York City. Ms. Greenwald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Lehigh University and a Juris Doctorate degree from the New York University School of Law. Ms. Greenwald practices in New York City and Scarsdale, New York, specializing in the field of employment practices.

She advises, consults, trains, and handles all aspects of equal opportunity employment and diversity issues, including the development and implementation of human resources polices and affirmative action plans, complaint investigation, and neutral fact-finding for public and private organizations in the field of employment law.

Prior to establishing her own practice, Ms. Greenwald served as in-house counsel at the National Broadcasting Company and was associated with the firm of Solomon & Rosenbaum, Drechsler & Leff. She had has appeared on Court TV and CNBC and also has been quoted in New York Magazine. Ms. Greenwald has also co-authored a column on training for HR Advisor.
