C. Thomas (Tom) Willett is the Director of Management Development Training with the Metropolitan Office of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations Extension in New York City. He designed the school's Management Development Certificates curricula and a number of management development workshops, and currently conducts training workshops in both the Management Development and Human Resources series.
Mr. Willett joined Cornell University in 1996 as adjunct faculty and on-site training coordinator. He was appointed Director of Management Development Programs in 2003. He brings to Cornell over 15 years of experience as a manager, production manager, and director of marketing for a variety of manufacturing, retail, and service companies.
