"My favorite part about this course was the case examples. You can read all about the different laws and regulations, but I think you only really learn them when you see them in action. Having to actually think about the different characters in the examples, helped me to understand different sides of the story and inevitably determine what the appropriate course of action should be. I also learned a lot from the printouts. I printed out the interview questions as well as the list of all the EEO laws to familarize myself with them."
