eCornell Certificate Courses are scheduled to start every other week, which gives you the flexibility to begin when it fits your schedule. No special prerequisites or degrees are required, which means you can get started right away. The next scheduled start for the first course in the Foodservice Management Certificate Program is January 7, 2009, which means you could complete your Cornell Certificate as early as March 2009!

ACE has recommended that completion of a Master Certificate in Foodservice Management from eCornell can qualify you for up to 6 semester hours in Foodservice Management in the upper division baccalaureate degree category when applied towards a degree or certificate at a postsecondary institution.
