Director, Corporate Programs | NYC and Philadelphia

eCornell currently has an opening for a Director, Corporate Programs to sell our professional development solutions to Fortune 1000 accounts in the Philadelphia and New York City markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell professional development solutions within an assigned territory, achieving quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Responsible for developing relationships and consulting with Fortune 1000 companies
  • Build a viable and documented pipeline 
  • Identify professional development needs and propose appropriate solutions
  • Deliver effective presentations to C-Suite decision makers
  • Negotiate the proposed solution’s terms and conditions
  • Work with the implementation team members post-sale to ensure project accuracy and customer satisfaction 
  • Provide superior communication and customer service 
  • Maintain customer relationships to cross-sell and ensure future business

Background and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required and 5-10+ years of corporate sales experience
  • Track record as a top producer in a quota driven sales environment
  • Experience in the eLearning & professional development, training, professional services, consulting services 
  • Solid understanding of technical concepts and web applications
  • Successful experience selling to C-Suite executives
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Polished professional who is self motivated and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills/good listener
  • Passionate about sales and goal oriented
  • Works well as a member of a team
