Adam’s career in hospitality operations and consulting spans almost 25 years. Since 2014 he has led the PKF hotel experts hotel consulting practice in London and has managed advisory assignments in the UK and across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East for public and private investors, lenders, developers, and operators. Between 2008 to 2014 Adam valued and evaluated several hundred hotels, resorts, conference centres, mixed-use developments and existing assets with a total value of more than US$2 billion across the US with PKF in Atlanta, GA. He has a Master of Management degree in Hospitality from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration (‘05) and a Master in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh (’95). Adam is an active board member and past president of the London and Atlanta chapters of the Cornell Hotel Society and is a regular speaker at industry events.

Cody Bradshaw is a Managing Director and Global Head of Hotel Asset Management at Starwood Capital Group. In this role, he oversees the Firm’s hospitality investments across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Previously, Mr. Bradshaw led the firm’s hospitality acquisition activities across Europe and Asia Pacific in addition to overseeing the asset management function across those regions. He is a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Starwood Capital in 2011, Mr. Bradshaw served as VP of Acquisitions at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (NYSE: PEB). Before that, he was the first employee of the Chartres Lodging Group, where he played an integral role in growing the firm over a seven-year period. Mr. Bradshaw began his career at Hyatt Development Corp. Mr. Bradshaw co-created the Certified Hotel Asset Manager professional designation program, which launched in 2012, and is the co-founder and past president of the Hospitality Asset Managers Association of Europe. He is also a member of the International Hotel Investment Council. Mr. Bradshaw earned a B.S. degree from Cornell University.
Kim has served as Vice President of Real Estate & Asset Management since returning to Hilton in November 2018. She is responsible for the European leased, owned and JV portfolio numbering ~45 hotels with a focus on restructuring contracts, capex deployment and optimising operations. From 2005 to 2015, she was originally with Hilton in Feasibility & Investment Analysis, ultimately leading a region as Senior Director of Europe & Africa after starting with the company as an Analyst in the Beverly Hills headquarters. Between her roles at Hilton, Kim was Commercial Director of creative membership club group Soho House & Co. responsible for the global development of new sites straight through from sourcing opportunities to signing the legal agreements. Kim is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a dual concentration in Real Estate Finance and Hospitality Design.
Linda Canina is a professor of finance in the Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate group at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration (SHA). She teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in corporate finance. Her research interests include asset valuation, corporate finance, and strategic management. Professor Canina’s publications include: “The Relationship between New Venture Entry Mode and Firm Performance”; “Acquisition Premiums and Performance Improvements for Acquirers and Targets in the Lodging Industry”; “Business Cycle and Asset Valuation in the Gaming Industry”; “Strategic Price Positioning for Revenue Management: The Effects of Relative Price Position and Fluctuation on Performance”; and “Agglomeration Effects and Strategic Orientations: Evidence from the U.S. Lodging Industry,” published in the Academy of Management Journal. Canina’s other work has appeared in the Journal of Finance, Review of Financial Studies, Financial Management Journal, the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research, International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Hospitality Finance, and the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly. She holds a Ph.D. from New York University.
