Kempinski Leadership Development Certificates
Providing opportunities for growing and developing skills and knowledge is core to the Kempinski Leadership Development Journey. To empower our teams to deliver “Beautiful Performance” we need to drive both employee engagement and develop competencies in commercial and Financial Acumen, strategic thinking, stakeholder relationships and managing change.
Together with eCornell, Kempinski has created two Leadership Development certificates designed to develop all of these key competencies. The courses are accessible to you virtually anywhere, which means that you can choose when and where you prefer to study.
Enrollment Procedure
- Click on the Course name to select your preferred date and submit your submission request with that information.
- On the next page, enter your first and last name together with your email address.
- Your request for enrollment will be sent to the corporate training team who will approve the course(s) on receipt of the course authorisation form.
- Click HERE to download the course authorization form, complete it and have it signed by the hotel General Manager, Training Manager and the Financial Controller.
- Email a copy of the signed authorization to corporate.ecornell@kempinski.com
- On receipt of the authorisation form you will receive an approval for the course sent to the email address used for your registration.
- You will receive all course access details and other information within 5 working days
Important – Please keep in mind when selecting your preferred course dates that it will take at least 5 working days upon receipt of your authorization form to activate your learner access details.

Audience: GMs / Hotels Managers requiring development in overall Commercial & Financial Acumen and high potential mid-level managers with over five years’ experience who are looking to move into executive leadership roles

Audience: This programme is designed for existing Revenue Management team members with at least 2 years of revenue experience who wish to develop and prepare themselves for a Director of Revenue Position.
