eCornell courses are designed to function in any modern standards-compliant web browser. These are the minimum supported system requirements for eCornell courses:
Systems
A computer capable of playing audio, running one of the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, or 8
- Apple Mac OS X 10.3 or later
A monitor with a resolution of at least 1024 by 768 pixels
Browsers
One of the following browsers with javascript enabled:
- Chrome 24+
- Mozilla Firefox 8.0+
- Apple Safari 5.0+
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0+
Plug-ins
Adobe Flash Player 10+
Adobe Reader 9+
Internet Connection
A broadband Internet connection (cable modem, DSL, or LAN)
